THE PROGRESS
How Keith Gets Results
A proven, law-compliant process that has worked for Pittsburgh-area clients for over 20 years.
1
Free Consultation
Keith reviews your credit reports from all three bureaus — Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion — to identify inaccurate, unverifiable, or unfair items eligible for dispute.
2
Contract & Disclosure
You receive a CROA-compliant written contract, the required "Consumer Credit File Rights" disclosure, and a full explanation of your 3-day cancellation right. No fees are due yet.
3
Dispute & Advocate
Keith submits targeted disputes to credit bureaus and, when applicable, directly to furnishers. He monitors responses, escalates where necessary, and applies FCRA and FDCPA protections throughout.
4
Results & Payment
You see the changes on your credit report. Only after services are fully performed are fees due — in compliance with CROA and Pennsylvania's Credit Services Act. Keith then guides your next steps.
What if my credit
isn't fixed?
Keith stands behind his work with a results-backed service guarantee. He doesn't believe in collecting payment for ineffective service. If agreed-upon deletions are not achieved, you will not owe for that work.
Note: Under CROA and the Pennsylvania Credit Services Act, no fees are charged before services are performed. A written contract specifying all terms, services, and your cancellation rights is provided before any work begins. Specific guarantee terms are stated in your individual contract.
